SecureLogix Cancellation Policy for Classroom Courses SecureLogix reserves the right to cancel courses not meeting minimum course size (4 students) at least 15 days from the course start date.
Students may cancel or reschedule their classroom registration without penalty by providing SecureLogix Training with written notice by faxing to 210-402-6996 or emailing us at training@securelogix.com up to 15 calendar days prior to the course start date. Notices received within 15 days of the class date will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but may require forfeiture of 50% of the full course price. Failure to attend the course without written notification to the above fax or email address prior to the start of the course will be considered a "No Show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price.
Substitution and Transfer Policy
Students may transfer to a later date within one (1) year from the original course date provided the course fee has been paid in full. Substitutions may be made at any time.
To cancel or modify your reservation to a SecureLogix Classroom Course, please fill in the following information and click the SUBMIT button. An email will be sent to you within a few moments to confirm your selection. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, your request may not have been processed corrrectly. In this event, please contact us at training@securelogix.com.
