This free to download application walks students through the five major features of the ETM System:
- Using the ETM System
- Advanced Voice Firewall Policy Development
- Using the Voice IPS
- Using the Usage Manager
- Using the Call Recorder
This is an ideal method of instruction for:
- Casual users of the ETM System
- Individuals who currently use an earlier edition of the ETM System and wish to become familiar with version 5.2
- For new customers who are not immediately available to attend a formal training class but want to learn how to use the various features of the ETM System.

Installation Instructions
- Download the CBT zip file to your computer.
- Create a new folder on the desktop and extract the files to it.
- Browse the folder contents and double-click Setup.exe.
