ETM® System v5.1 Update 8 remedies the ETM Management Server application using
excessive processor resources when SMDR is being requested but not being received
and also includes all changes from Updates 1-7. It is an update to v5.1 of the ETM
System that will apply to some customers using SMDR. See the attached PDF for more
