This technical bulletin provides the PBX SMDR/CDR port settings supported by the ETM® Appliances.

The ETM® System supports the following PBX SMDR port settings:
SMDR Baud Rate300, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19.2k, 38.4k, and 57.6k, and 115.2k.
Data Bits7 or 8.
ParityEven, Odd, Mark, or None.
Stop Bits1 or 2.
