Viewing Current Dialing Plan Version

Synopsis

After the ETM® Server is rebooted, the version of the Dialing Plan installed no longer appears in the Dial Plan Configuration dialog box. This article describes how to determine the version of Dialing Plan installed.

To view the Dial Plan version installed on a Span

  1. In the tree pane, right-click the Span, then click ASCII Management. The ASCII Management Interface appears.
  2. In the Enter Command for Span box, type:

    SHOW POLICY STATUS
  3. The Dialing Plan version is displayed in the line labeled Dial Plan ID. The DP_Name value in the Dialing Plan determines the name that appears as the Dial Plan ID. Each time you edit a Dialing Plan file, you should update this value.
