Synopsis
The Trunk Group field on the Channel Map tab of the Span Configuration dialog box can only accept entries of 20 characters or less. Longer entries cause the ETM® Server to terminate unexpectedly.
Versions Affected
ETM® System v3.0x. In v4.0 of the ETM System, the Trunk Group field will prevent entry of more than 20 characters.
Known Workarounds
The database rejects the offending entry, so the value is unchanged when the ETM Server restarts. Type an entry of 20 or fewer characters in the Trunk Group field.
