ETM® System v5.2 Update 2 addresses the possibility of directory information not
being populated in email alerts that are fired for long duration firewall rules and
also includes all changes from Update 1. It is an update to v5.2 of the ETM System
that will apply only to customers experiencing the problem described in the release
