This document provides a procedure to mitigate CVE-2021-44228, CVE-2021-45046, CVE-2021-45105, and CVE-2021-44832 for log4j components within the PolicyGuru® v3.1.3 Mediation Server.

Note: No changes are required on the Database Server, Metadata Probe, or ENUM Server.
