The prerequisite course in ETM® System training.

Covers ETM System architecture, theory, and use you need to understand before continuing with the other courses in the series. Includes 11 courses estimated to take 1 hour each to complete:

ETM® Voice IPS Policy Theory and Practice Course
Builds on the Voice IPS theory and usage introduced in the prerequisite course, “ETM® System Overview and Operation,” including using Adaptive IPS to track same-source calling patterns from previously unknown numbers. Includes 6 lessons estimated to take an average of 1 hour each to complete:

  • Overview of the Voice IPS
  • Defining Voice IPS Policies
  • Managing Voice IPS Policies
  • Monitoring IPS Policy Processing Results
  • Defining Rules for Specific Scenarios
  • Using Adaptive IPS
