Since UTA cannot enforce Policy and will lose call data if the application shuts
down, it is important to be promptly alerted when such an event occurs so remedial
action can be taken to bring the application back into service. Applying System Event
Track Filters provides this immediate alerting. See the attached article for
instructions.
Note: Although this article is specific to UTA, similar procedures can be used
for various types of System Event alerting.
