The following additional Call Record Final Field is available for SMDR parse files
in v5.2. This field is optional and applies only if inbound SMDR is used with the
Call Recorder application.
Optional: Call duration
calculation for SMDR is normally based on call start time. Setting this field to TRUE
forces duration for inbound SMDR correlation to be calculated on call connect time,
rather than call start time. If this field is not in the parse file, FALSE is
implied.
