Scheduled Task for Database Statistics/Partitioning Fails to Run

Synopsis

When the database statistics calculation and/or partitioning scripts are configured as Scheduled Tasks on the Windows operating system, the tasks run using the Windows login username and password assigned to each task. If the password for the username is changed/expired, the Scheduled Task cannot run.

Versions Affected

All versions of the ETM® System are affected.

Known Workarounds

If the password is changed/expired for a username that is configured to run a Scheduled Task, you must also change the password in the properties of the Scheduled Task.
