Note – This issue is only found when running on Windows 2003 Server
Problem Description:
When upgrading the ETM platform on Windows 2003 Server, the installer can fail
during either the uninstall of the previous version of software or during the
install of the new version of software when allowing the ETM software to perform
each automatically.
Work Around:
Before installing the new software, use the “Add/Remove Programs” functionality in
the Windows Control Panel to remove the previous version of software.
